Dear Kevin & Fidel, Enclosed is our check for the additional decking that was installed. Thank you so much for the discount! It was truly our pleasure to have you and your people here performing the work. Although we’ve been gone a good bit over the weekend, we’ve managed to spend a good bit of time on the deck. We marvel at the workmanship and how beautiful the finished product turned out. We really didn’t imagine something so gorgeous.. We’re now getting ready to start on the landscaping – but with the beautiful deck and cover that Delamore Fence installed, we will be keeping all of that simple – the deck will be the main focus of the backyard. Please be sure and use our name as a reference to anyone who would like to contact us for a recommendation – as well as having people stop by to take a look if they would like to see the work in person. Delamore Fence;
I was not able to leave a comment on YELP regarding our dealing with your company. I want you to know that I have recommended your work, to several people including my property manager and people that I work with. Your company is exceptional in good customer service. From start to finish, from the be3ginning estimate to the last day of work, everything was done in a completely professional and courteous manner. They show up on time, finished the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up completely. When a minor adjustment had to be made to the gate, your people came back promptly, made the adjustment and again left our property completely clean. You stand by your work, and it was just a pleasure to work with you, and we will use Delamore again when we need any fence work. Thank you again!
